Refreshing Peach Bellini Mocktail with Sparkling White Grape Juice

A light and bubbly mocktail combining fresh peach puree with sparkling white grape juice, perfect for any occasion and alcohol-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling white grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by peeling and pitting them. To peel easily, score a small ‘X’ on the bottom and dip in boiling water for 30 seconds, then cool in ice water. Chop roughly.
  2. Add chopped peaches to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth but slightly textured.
  3. Add lemon juice and honey or agave syrup if using. Blend briefly to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  4. Optionally chill the peach puree in the fridge for 15 minutes for a cooler drink.
  5. Spoon about 1/4 cup (60 ml) of peach puree into each glass.
  6. Slowly pour 1/2 cup (120 ml) of chilled sparkling white grape juice over the puree to preserve bubbles.
  7. Add a few ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves or a thin peach slice.
  8. Serve immediately for best fizz and fresh flavor.

Notes

Use ripe but firm peaches for best flavor and texture. Keep sparkling juice chilled to maintain fizz. Pour sparkling juice gently over puree to preserve bubbles. Adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup as needed. Puree can be prepared ahead and chilled; add sparkling juice just before serving.
