A fresh, colorful, and easy-to-assemble lemon berry grazing board perfect for baby showers and casual gatherings, combining tart lemon, sweet berries, creamy cheeses, and crunchy nuts.

Ingredients

  • Fresh berries: strawberries (hulled and sliced), blueberries, raspberries
  • Lemons: whole lemons for slices and fresh lemon zest
  • Soft goat cheese (Bonne Maman recommended)
  • Creamy brie or camembert cheese
  • Plain water crackers
  • Multigrain crisps
  • Sliced baguette or sourdough bread
  • Toasted almonds
  • Candied pecans
  • Honey (small jar or drizzle)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional dried fruits: apricots or figs

Instructions

  1. Rinse berries gently under cold water and pat dry. Hull and slice strawberries. Thinly slice lemons into rounds, removing seeds where possible. Toast nuts lightly in a dry pan over medium heat for 3โ€“4 minutes until fragrant, stirring often.
  2. Zest one or two lemons over a small bowl using a microplane, avoiding the white pith. Set zest aside.
  3. Slice baguette or sourdough into thin slices. Arrange crackers and bread on one section of the serving board to create a base.
  4. Place goat cheese and brie on the board. Dollop soft goat cheese in small mounds and sprinkle lemon zest lightly over it. Cut brie into wedges.
  5. Scatter berries in clusters, alternating colors for visual appeal. Fill spaces with toasted nuts and dried fruits if using.
  6. Drizzle honey lightly over cheeses and berries. Garnish with fresh mint leaves scattered across the board.

Notes

Do not overfill the board; leave breathing room for easy serving. Keep crackers away from juicy berries to prevent sogginess. Prepare ingredients separately if assembling ahead of time. Use gluten-free crackers and vegan cheeses for dietary adaptations. Lemon zest brightens the flavor and should not be skipped.
