Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Brie or Camembert
  • 4 oz Aged Cheddar
  • 2 oz Blue Cheese (optional)
  • 4 oz Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Genoa Salami, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Marcona Almonds (or regular almonds)
  • 1/4 cup Dried Apricots (or figs)
  • 1/4 cup Cornichons
  • 1/4 cup Castelvetrano Olives
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 small bunch Red Grapes, seedless
  • 1 small bunch Fresh Rosemary or Thyme (for garnish)
  • 1 Baguette, sliced and lightly toasted
  • 1 box Good Crackers

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients (5 minutes): Take cheeses out of fridge to come to room temperature. Slice baguette into 1/2-inch rounds and toast at 350Β°F for 5 minutes. Rinse and pat dry grapes. Arrange prosciutto in loose, wavy piles.
  2. Place the Bowls (2 minutes): Set small bowls or ramekins on the board in corners or along edges. Fill one with honey, one with olives, and one with cornichons.
  3. Add the Cheese (5 minutes): Place brie whole on board. Cut aged cheddar into thin triangles or small cubes and fan out. Crumble blue cheese into a small cluster. Position cheeses in different spots.
  4. Add the Meats (3 minutes): Fold or roll prosciutto slices into loose ribbons and place next to brie. Arrange salami slices in an overlapping fan pattern.
  5. Fill in the Gaps (3 minutes): Scatter almonds and dried apricots around cheeses and meats. Place clusters of grapes between bowls. Tuck rosemary sprigs for color and fragrance.
  6. Add the Crackers and Bread (2 minutes): Arrange toasted baguette slices and crackers around edges of board, leaving space for dipping.
  7. Final Touches (1 minute): Drizzle honey over brie and blue cheese. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over cheddar if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Take cheese out of fridge 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Don’t overcrowd the board; leave about an inch of space between ingredients. Prep ingredients up to an hour in advance and assemble just before serving.
